Tournure
The Tournure (or es. Polisón / ru. Турнюр / eng. Bustle / de.Tournüre) is s framework supporting the skirts. The Tournure was popular in the 1870s and 1880s. This design had a different look, but the main thing is to maintain the volume below the back.
